I was born in Wolverhampton in 1975, the first girl in a family of what was eventually 5 children. My parents are Denzil Hicks and Yvonne Hicks and although I was born in Wolverhampton, my parents were born in Wales. At the time I was born they had moved to Telford, which is where we were living and were running a pub

My immediate family

As aleady mentioned I am the eldest of 5 children. I was born in September 1975 and my triplet siblings - Giles, Tanya and Anita. They were born in October 1977 and finally in March 1979, my youngest brother, Adrian, was born.
